WILDERNESS THERAPY PROGRAM

We are currently accepting new applications for the wilderness therapy program for August and September 2024. These wilderness retreats are for first responders and healthcare workers who are wanting to work through trauma, anxiety, depression, and/or grief & loss.

Getting out into nature is a perfect way to help with a mental reset. On these adventures, we will be backpacking, hiking, and camping for 5 days in the Salida Ranger District in southern Colorado. This program incorporates EMDR and other evidenced-based practices to help participants start their healing journey and become more educated about how to work through their trauma. Click below for details about the wilderness therapy program.

DISASTER RESPONSE

In addition to our clinical practice and wilderness therapy program, we participate in mental health disaster response and recovery. We have responded to both natural and human caused disasters throughout Colorado and across the country to provide mental health first-aid and trauma therapy.

TRAINING | SUPERVISION (LCSW, LAC, EMDR CONSULTING)

We enjoy teaching and educating people about all things related to mental health. We offer trainings to first responder agencies, businesses, medical facilities, sports teams, and schools. Please click below to find out more if you are interested in having our therapists provide onsite training to you or your organization.

We also enjoy supervising and educating students working towards their LCSW or LAC license. We have an EMDR Consultant in Training (CIT) and offer significantly reduced fees for therapists working towards EMDR Certification.
